Individuals in Pandos earn badges based on the peer assessments results. In this system, users are evaluated by their peers based on their contributions and interactions during a teamwork for different factors like teamwork, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, creativity, etc.

Badge levels:

Gold, Silver, and Bronze badges are allocated based on the feedback received from peer assessments:

  • Bronze Badges: Earned when 3 people have rated the user and the average score on a particular skill is above 4.6 out of 5.
  • Silver Badges: Earned when 10 people have rated the user and the average score on a particular skill is above 4.7 out of 5.
  • Gold Badges: Earned when 30 people have rated the user and the average score on a particular skill is above 4.8 out of 5.

Badges in Pandos are not permanent and could be reassessed periodically. This dynamic nature encourages continuous improvement and adaptation, as users are motivated to maintain or improve their performance to retain or earn new badges.
