Introduction
This quick start guide helps you with providing a safe environment for you to utilize Pandos, as well as a wonderful opportunity for all educators to succeed with aiding you with getting started with integration with Moodle through LTI 1.3. Read this quick start guide for a rundown of your next steps if you have signed up for your own account or create one using this link.

1. ADMIN: Create new integration in Pandos
After creating the account click on the “Settings” button with a “” icon, and click on Integrations.
The first step is to create a new integration. To do so, please click on the “New integration” button on the bottom right, name your integration and click “Create”.
After creating the integration, by clicking on the ““ button, you can view the information that you need to input in “External Tool” settings in Moodle on step 2.
2. ADMIN: Input LTI info in Moodle
On the left menu bar, click on the “Site administration” button, click on the “Plugins” tab on top, find “External tool” and click on the “Manage tools” button.
On the opened page, click on “configure a tool manually”.
Use the “External tool” information that can be found on the first step to complete the tool settings and click the “Save changes” button.

To add the logo, click on ‘show more’ and enter this URL in the ‘Icon URL’ and ‘Secure Icon URL’ fields: https://app.pandos.io/_nuxt/img/logo.8db5b21.png
For better experience, change ‘Default launch container’ option to ‘New Window’. This will enable the tool to be opened in a new tab on the browser.
After adding the tool, click on the “View configuration details” button that can be seen below.
In this window, you can view tool configuration information that you need in step 3 to include in Pandos integration
3. ADMIN: Input Moodle integration info in Pandos
In front of the integration that you created in Pandos, click on the edit button “” and input the tool configuration information from the previous step and click “Update”.
Now, Pandos is ready to be used in Moodle by educators.
4. EDUCATOR: Add Pandos as an External Tool in Moodle
After creating a workspace in Pandos, to include it in your course material, click on “ ⋮ ” button on top right corner of the workspace square in “Dashboard” or “Workspaces” page, click on “ Information“ button and find “LTI ID” number. You will need this number to add the workspace to your course in Moodle.
Create or open an existing course in Moodle. Find the settings “” button on top right, click on it and Click “Edit settings”. On the settings page input the “LTI ID” number in the “Course ID number” field and click “Save and display”.
On the course page click on “Turn editing on” and click on “+ Add an activity or resource” on any section or module that you want to add Pandos.
Choose “External tool”. Name your activity, and from the list of “Preconfigured tools” select the app’s name and save changes.
Activity’s name shows up in the module and students should be able to open the app on their end without needing to create any accounts or signing in.
