The Assessments section, in My Work Page, is where you can create and manage peer and general assessments.


Creating a New Assessment

Click on the plus icon on top right of the assessment section to open Create Assessment modal.



Use the Assessment modal to create your assessment:

  • Name: Write your Assessment’s name
  • Type: Specify if you want to create peer assessment or a general assessment (In Peer assessment, the assignees need to answer the same questionnaire for each of their teammates separately. In General Assessment, the assignees need to send their response only once.)
  • Assigned to: Peer Assessments can be assigned to specific or all teams, while in General Assessment you also have the option to send the assessment to individuals or everyone in your workspace. 
  • Assignees: If the assessment is assigned to specific individuals/teams, you will see the Assignees drop down list next, that allows you to select from individuals/teams in your workspace.
  • Reviewer: Reviewers can access the Assessment results even if otherwise are restricted to see the Assessment based on the workspace settings.
  • Start and due dates: By default, the start date for the Assessment is set as the date it is created. Select the checkbox to add the due date if needed. Members would not be able to see the assessment until the start date.
  • Report access: Indicate whether you would like members to have full access to the result report, view the result anonymously, or have no access to the result.
  • Late submission policy: Indicate if you allow the assignees to send an overdue assessment or not.
  • Edit submission policy: Indicate if you allow the assignees to edit their submission after it is done.
  • Comments settings: Indicate if you want to require assignees to add a comment,  make it optional, or remove commenting option.
  • Comments access: Indicate who can see the comments: Everyone, only teammates, or only owner/admin(s)




Assessment Views

After creating your assessment, they appear in the assessment section on My Work page with all their details. 


On the top right of the assessment  header you can choose between List View view or Grid view: 



Assessment List View

List view shows the assessments in a table format with the details of each in front of it.


Adjust list view columns

In the list view, by clicking on "" you can adjust the columns based on your needs.



Assessment Grid View

Grid view shows the assessments in tile format. 




On each tile from the top to bottom you will see:

  • The assessment type
  • Assessment name
  • Assessment’s progress bar
  • Start and due dates


Set Tiles Color:

  • Click on the settings icon "  " on top right of each tile
  • Click on Color
  • Choose a color from the pallet, or create your own by clicking on + icon




Pin/Unpin Assessments

You can pin or unpin the assessments on top of the list in both list or grid views.


In List view:

  • Hover on the assessment that you want to pin on the top of the list so that you can see the pin icon "" in front of it.
  • Click on the pin icon. 
  • A tilted pin icon "" shows that the assessment is pinned.
  • Click on the tilted pin icon to unpin the assessment.


In Grid view:

  • Click on the settings icon "  " on top right corner of each tile
  • Select on Pin
  • A tilted pin icon "" will appear on top of the tile showing the assessment is pinned.
  • Click on the tilted pin icon to unpin the assessment.


Generally pinning is shown in your own workspace only. However, Owners will be asked if they want the pinning applied to the other members' workspaces too. 


Rearranging pinned assessments

In the list view, if you have more than one assessment pinned, you can rearrange their order by clicking on the two-way arrows "" on the left and dragging it to your desired place.


While dragging, your assessment will be placed above the assessment with a solid line.



Submit Assessments

  • Go to My Work tab in your workspace.
  • In the assessment section, click on the assessment name to open up the questionnaire modal.
  • In Peer Assessments, you will need to first select a teammate from a dropdown list and response to the questions for each.
  • In General Assessment, you will only need to rate each question on a scale of 1 (the least accurate) to 5 (the most accurate)
  • Click on submit to submit the assessment.


In Peer Assessment, if you are with the same person in two different teams, you’ll need to respond to the questions twice to evaluate your teamwork separately.



Assessment Page

(Accessible for the reviewers only by default, adjustable)


Click on the Assessment you created to open its page. 

On the Peer Assessment page you will be able to:



  • See Assessment information: Review the information on the left including its workspace(s), type, assignee(s), reviewer(s), start and due dates, and access permissions.
  • Submit assessment: If you are assigned to the assessment you can answer the questionnaire by clicking on "Submit assessment". (Related Article: Submit Assessments)
  • Mark as Done: Click on Mark as Done when you have fulfilled the assessment.
  • Edit: Reviewer of a assessment can always edit the setting of a assessment details (name, assignee, reviewers, description, start or due date, tags, attached files or links, alignment...)
  • See Assessment Report: Here you will see the list of assignees, their progress, and the overall result of their assessment. You can click on "" in front of their names to send a reminder, click on "" to see their individual responses to individual questions, and in peer assessments, click on "" to see the list of people who are supposed to assess the individual, and add or remove assessors for each individual.


In Peer Assessments you can compare the individual’s self-assessment result  (own opinion) with that teammates’ average opinion (Teammates opinion)


  • Download Report as CSV: You can download the assessment report in the form of a CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file, which can be opened with any spreadsheet software like MS Excel, or Google Sheets. You can then have offline access to the report and perform various operations on the data, such as sorting, filtering, creating charts, and generating reports tailored to your requirements.


Edit Assessment Information

Reviewers of an assessment can always edit the setting of an assessment’s details (name, assignee, reviewers, description, start or due date, tags, attached files or links, alignment...).

There are two ways of doing that:

  1. Click on the settings "  " in front of the assessment, in either tree view or grid view.
    • Click on Edit
    • Make the desired changes
    • Click Update after you made changes to save.
  2. Open the Assessment page and click on "Edit" button on the top to edit the settings


Open/Done/Archive Assessments

In My Work page, Assessments as well as Objectives and Tasks, are categorized into three groups: Open, Done, and Archived

Open refers to the assessments that are active

Done refers to the assessments that are not active anymore, whether successfully achieved or past due.

Archive refers to the assessments that are not relevant anymore or need to be temporarily set aside. 


How to set an Assessment as Done or Archived

To set an assessment as Done or Archived, click on the settings icon "  " in front of the assessments, in either tree view or list view. 

Or, open the assessment page (accessible for reviewers) and click on the "Mark as Done" button on the top.


How to see Done/Archived assessments

You can see Open, Done, and Archived tabs on the top of the Assessments section, in the My Work page. Click on each to see the respective assessments.


How to restore an Archived assessments

  • Go to the Archived tab
  • Click on the settings icon "  " in front of the assessment you want to restore
  • Click on restore
  • Click OK


How to permanently remove an assessments

To permanently remove an open assessments, 

  • First, send the assessments to the Archived; click on the settings icon and click Archive
  • Then, go to the Archived assessments; click on the Archived tab on top of Assessments section 
  • Click on the settings icon and click Remove.


How to reopen a Done assessments

  • Go to the Done tab. 
  • Click on the settings icon "  "
  • Click reopen.



Search Assessments by Filter 




In the My Work page, you can see a search bar on the top right of the Assessments section as well as Objectives and Tasks sections. 

  • Select your search category from the drop down list “Search by” 
  • write what you are looking for in the “Enter search Text” field
  • Your assessments lists are filtered by your search inquiries
