Thank you for choosing Pandos! Whether you're a class instructor, own a five-person startup, or manage people in a large multinational corporation, Pandos has a wide range of features to offer to make your work smooth and efficient. This guideline will walk you through step by step, helping you make the most out of the platform.

If you’re joining Pandos, you’re either here to create your own workspace as an Owner, or you’ve been invited to join an existing workspace as a Member.


Create an Account (No Invitation Link)

If it’s your first time using Pandos:


    1. Go to the sign-in page:

    Visit pandos.io and click Sign In at the top of the page.

2. Choose how to log in:


Log in using your existing account (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Microsoft )— just click one of the icons to sign in securely. Your Pandos account will be automatically created using the information from that account.





Or, create a new account with email:

  • Click Create an Account

  • Enter your first name, last name, email, and password
    Confirm your email:
    If you registered with a new account, check your inbox for a confirmation message to complete your registration.




Note: Your email address will be used as your username and will be shared with your team on your profile.

If you’re joining through an invitation link, you’ll join the workspace immediately after you login with the invitation link.


If you already have a Pandos account with the same Email address used for the invitation:

  1. Click the invitation link, 

  2. Select Already Have an Account, 

  3.  Log in using the same email address used for the invitation,

  4. You’ll automatically join the workspace.



If it’s your first time on Pandos: 

you’ll need to create an account before joining the workspace:

  1. Click the invitation link,
  2. You'r email is pre-filled and unchangeable— this will be your username and cannot be changed later. If you prefer to use another email, ask the inviter to send a new invitation.
  3. Set a password.
  4. Review and accept the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
  5. Click Sign Up.
  6. You’ll be  redirected to the platform and automatically join the workspace.
